Shipping printed books
Printed editions will be produced to order by our printing partner and shipped directly to the address entered at checkout.
Print on demand
A copy is manufactured only after an order is confirmed. The total price and shipping charge are shown before payment.
Address and tracking
A postal address is requested only to deliver a printed order. It is shared with the services required for production and transport. Tracking is provided when available from the carrier.
Timing
Delivery time includes production and transport and varies by country and shipping method. An estimate is shown during checkout.
Damage or manufacturing error
For damage, a printing defect or an incorrect item, email contact@editionsmelmos.com with the order number and photographs. The request will be reviewed with the printing partner.
Change of mind
Because each copy is made to order, an order already sent to production generally cannot be cancelled or returned for a change of mind. Mandatory consumer rights in the buyer’s location remain unaffected.
